Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-08
The service
SpendFuse monitors the usage of the Cloudflare accounts you connect, alerts you when spend looks wrong and, when your plan and settings allow, pauses the entry points of the Worker responsible. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Estimates and detection limits
- Costs are estimated at Cloudflare's published prices without your monthly free allowances; your Cloudflare invoice is what counts.
- Cloudflare's usage data arrives a few minutes late, so SpendFuse detects within minutes and acts within seconds; it cannot undo spend that happened before detection.
- Automatic cut-off is best-effort protection and does not guarantee that all spend stops — for example requests already running, loops inside Durable Objects, or usage that doesn't go through a Worker's entry points.
Automatic cut-off
A cut-off pauses a Worker's routes, custom domains, workers.dev and cron triggers, so your service may be unreachable meanwhile. Code and data are not changed, and you can restore it with one click. Set Workers you never want paused to "Alert only".
Your responsibilities
- Only connect Cloudflare accounts you are allowed to manage, and keep your password and API tokens safe.
- Don't use the service to interfere with other people's accounts or services, or for anything unlawful.
Paid plans
Prices and plan contents are as published on the site. Once paid plans launch, you can cancel at any time; your plan simply won't renew after the current period.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpendFuse's total liability for Cloudflare bills, downtime or data loss is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using the service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date above and announce material changes. Questions: help@spendfuse.dev.
